1st Bundoora
Assistant Scoutmaster and Scoutmaster
1967–1970
James Tait joined 1st Bundoora as secretary in 1966. He became Assistant Scoutmaster the following year and remained with the Group until 1970, becoming Scoutmaster during that time.
Tait later served at 7th Oakleigh, completed his Wood Badge at Gilwell and worked with Mike Downes on a Headquarters task-force team. The family account credits him with camps, Jamborees, assessment work and program activities for Scouts and Cubs.
