This website (“Website”) is operated by Bundoora Scout Group on behalf of The Scout Association of Australia Victorian Branch ABN 39 662 387 026 (“Scouts Victoria”).

Scouts Victoria is a body corporate and registered charity, operating as the Victorian Branch of the Scout Association of Australia, which is incorporated by Royal Charter and the Boy Scouts Association Act No. 4092 of 1932. It acts as the legal entity for all its groups, holds deductible gift recipient (DGR) status, and is managed under the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).

Access to, and use of, this Website is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) which you agree apply for the benefit of, and are enforceable by Bundoora Scout Group and Scouts Victoria. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By accessing or using the pages in this Website, you accept all of the Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions of Bundoora Scout Group and acknowledge that you have read and understood each of them.

Bundoora Scout Group and Scouts Victoria collect personal information about you in order to process your membership application and for purposes otherwise set out in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, you must cease using the Website immediately. By using this Website, you consent to the processing of information and data supplied by you via the Website and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. These Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy may be varied or updated from time to time.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, even if you are not located or resident in Victoria. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Victoria and waive any right to claim that those courts are an inconvenient forum.
