Banyule Scouting celebrated at Bundoora
On Wednesday 16 September, Bundoora Scout Group hosted Banyule District’s 2026 Annual Report and Presentation (ARAP).
Scouts, families, leaders, and supporters from across the District filled our hall to celebrate another year of local Scouting. Youth members helped present the section reports, took part in an investiture, and joined the presentation of awards recognising service and achievement.
We welcomed two special guests: Plenty Valley Region Commissioner Timothy Purdy and Banyule Mayor Cr Alison Champion. Their attendance showed the support our young people and volunteers receive from the wider Scouting movement and our local community.
As Bundoora’s Group Leader, I was proud to see our hall bring the District together. Thank you to the Banyule District team for organising the evening and to the Bundoora volunteers who helped prepare the hall and welcome our guests.
