The Pathway to the Peak
Map your own adventure. Track your progress, set your own goals, and challenge yourself as you climb towards the peak award.
Outdoor Adventure Skills
Complete Stage 5 in 3 Core OAS. 14 progressions total.
Special Interest Areas
Complete 6 projects across at least 4 areas, 18hrs each
Leadership or Personal Development
Complete a course to develop your leadership skills or personal growth. This is a key requirement for the Peak Award.
Personal Reflection
Reflect on your journey and growth with your peers before achieving the Peak Award. This is the final review of your achievements.
Baden-Powell Scout Award
The highest award you can earn in the section. It requires dedication, leadership, and a commitment to personal growth.
Beyond the Peak: Adult Leadership
As your time in Rovers comes to an end, the adventure doesn't stop. Many Rovers choose to continue their journey by becoming Adult Leaders.
Become a Leader
Share your experience and guide the next generation of Scouts. You can work with Joeys, Cubs, Scouts, or Venturers.
The Wood Badge
The Wood Badge is the internationally recognized mark of a trained Scout Leader, focusing on advanced leadership and program delivery.
