The Requirements

Complete Milestone 3.

Reach Stage 5 in all 3 core Outdoor Adventure Skills, with 14 progressions total (6 at Stage 4+).

Complete 6 Special Interest Area projects across at least 4 areas, 18 hours each.

Plan & lead an Adventurous Journey of at least 4 days and 3 nights.

Complete a Leadership Course (at least 30hrs; must include ≥3 Rovers, 2 from different unit).
